Recently, there was a conference call between the ATF and Biden's transition team. Even though all the votes haven't all been officially counted and the president elections hasn't been locked in yet, Biden's transition team is already preparing to flex their muscles and strip away more 2nd amendment rights in our gun-loving nation.

80% lowers, which are partially completed blocks of aluminum or polymer that are useless until they are machined and finished into a fully functional frame, are being targeted to be banned in the United States. Only states like New Jersey, California, New York, have restrictions put in place to prevent the use of 80% lowers and even now, it is still legal to purchase, own, and finish a 80% lower if you live in any other state.

We have always been able to legally manufacture a firearm for personal use in the United States, which is a freedom that we are proud of since not many other nations allow this. Now they are trying to strip that away from us.

This raises concerns because if they are trying to prevent the use of 80% lowers, which are essentially paperweights until finished, who knows what else they will think of next. In the state of California, they have already passed a law where you must go through a background check just to purchase ammunition. Next might be scopes, magazines, and even your "tactical" flashlights.

Another item being targeted by the ATF are pistol and firearm braces. The Honey Badger by Q was recently under scrutiny and was banned from sale because of the braces. Now it seems like they are trying to roll out a ban nationwide.

Complete bulls**t if you ask me.

If Biden gets elected President, these will be the first of many travesties to come.

No doubt that they will get sued up the butt if and when that happens though.

For now, we just got to wait and see.
